Process checks and the final tests are based on chemical and physical analyses of the special cast irons produced by Industrie Fonderie Valdelsane. Our quality programmes are correlated to the production of moulds for glass which favour technological parameters (quality indices) such as: chemical composition, the undercooling parameters, the micro-structure (matrix + graphite), Brinell HBS hardness. Our Quality Standards are based on a recognised system which conforms to the UNI EN ISO 9002 and enables us to issue the relevant certificates of quality, which is an extra form of guarantee for our clients.
