INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA pursuant to Article 13 of the Regulation (UE) 2016/679

1.WHY THIS INFORMATION

Pursuant to the (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter « Regulation »), this page describes the procedures for processing the personal data of users visiting Fonderie Valdelsane Spa’s website, to be accessed via telematics at the following addresses:

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services available via hypertext links that may be published on the websites but referring to resources outside the Data Controller domain.
This Policy also serves as information for the purposes of processing cookies in accordance with the Provision of Data Protection Authority no. 229 of 08/05/2015.

As the result of consulting the site listed above, data relating to identified or unidentified physical persons may be processed. The data controller is Fonderie Valdelsane Spa.

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

The personal data indicated on this page, which may be collected through forms on the site, are processed by the Data Controller only and exclusively to follow up on the requests of the user/client who sends us the requests. Once the specified purpose has been achieved, the data will be deleted if not already present in our database as they are already clients. In this case they will be kept for the period established for the specific client processing.

4. DATA PROCESSING LOCATION AND DATA TRANSFER

The processing carried out by the controller with data collected from this website through forms provided or voluntarily sent takes place at the registered office of the controller and is handled only by authorized personnel or by any occasional maintenance staff.

5.3. INFORMATION VOLUNTARILY SENT BY THE DATA SUBJECT

The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of the Data Controller, as well as the filling out and forwarding of the forms on the websites, result in the acquisition of the sender’s contact details necessary to respond, as well as any personal data included in the communications. Specific information will be published on the pages of the Data Controller’s websites prepared for the provision of certain services.

5.4. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The site may contain links to third-party sites. 9. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site is in violation of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for by Article 77 of the Regulation, or to seek judicial remedy (Article 79 of the Regulation).
