Since its foundation, over 60 years ago, Fonderie Valdelsane SpA has been distinguished for the high quality standards of its cast iron and bronze castings for glass moulds.
Internationally recognized for the reliability of its products, but also for its flexibility and innovation, the company offers tailor-made solutions that meet the specific needs of its customers.
Thanks to its know-how and to the optimized production processes, the company is able to create customized models and shapes in unrivalled times.
Each mould and component is produced with the help of advanced technologies and high quality materials to guarantee the best results in the mechanical workshop and therefore in the glass factory.
The solution to our customers' needs
Pre-sales service
Fonderie Valdelsane SpA uses the skills acquired over time and the most advanced technologies available to its customers not only for the creation of the required castings, but also for the choice of the most suitable solutions for the different types of production.
Our current catalogue includes 15 different cast iron and 3 bronze alloys. Upon request of its customers, the company is also available for feasibility studies and the creation of customized cast iron and bronze alloys.
Analysis Laboratory, in collaboration with external research centers and agencies, constantly works on the study of the materials produced, in line with the pioneering spirit that distinguish Fonderie Valdelsane.
Upon receipt of each order, a projection of the order fulfillment process is developed, in order to provide the customer with certain delivery times.
Quality Control
Fonderie Valdelsane SpA's policy regarding the quality of its products is extremely accurate.
Several quality tests are performed at every stage of the production chain. Various check-points examine the dimensional characteristics and analyse the castings' chemical structure and composition, in order to guarantee compliance with the required quality standards. Every single casting involves the inspection of 42 different elements, with tolerance margins of 0.001%.
Delivery
The fast reaction upon receipt of the order has always distinguished the company. In an increasingly frenetic working reality, where the exchange of information is almost instantaneous, Fonderie Valdelsane SpA has developed an exceptional ability to process and implement requests in unrivalled times, up to 5 working days.
The company is able to manage shipments by land, sea and air both thanks to its own fleet of trucks and to its long-standing collaboration with fast and reliable freight forwarders.
After-sales Service
Fonderie Valdelsane's collaboration with its customers does not stop with the delivery of the material, but continues in the after-sales phase.
The partnerships and collaborations consolidated over time with its customers have determined the need for a strong commitment and significant investments in technologies and human resources aimed at providing continuous assistance, even after the delivery of the orders.
